The TOONGA mobile app was designed to provide a dedicated platform for manga fans to explore content, connect with others, and share their passion. Through market research, including surveys and interviews with anime and manga enthusiasts, user needs were identified, such as the desire for a safe, engaging community and personalized content recommendations. The app features a community feed for sharing, an intuitive user interface, and tools for discovering new manga. High-fidelity prototypes were developed based on user personas and task analysis, with positive feedback highlighting the app’s ability to foster a vibrant and supportive manga fan community.
