Description of Invention

This research is about the influence of the different generations on the employee attributes that can have an impact on the employee performance. This research will also look into how each perceived employee attributes will have an impact on employee performance and also the perspective of each generation (X, Y and Z) on the perceived employee attributes towards employee performance. The study will be quantitative in nature and will employ a positivism research design. The sample will be from employee from each generation and the questionnaire and data analysis will be done using Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach.
