The SIMPLICITY mobile app was developed to streamline the process of connecting photographers and clients, addressing issues like scattered services, limited search options, and communication gaps. Market research, including surveys and interviews with 45 respondents, identified key user needs and pain points. Based on these insights, user personas were developed, and a high-fidelity prototype was created, which received positive feedback during testing. The app offers an intuitive interface that simplifies the search for photographers by matching clients with professionals based on style, experience, and budget, while also providing a platform for photographers to showcase their portfolios and collaborate on projects.
