Description of Invention

This paper presents a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) based health monitoring system designed to track patients' vital signs and medical information in real-time. The system utilizes passive RFID tags to store patients' medical history, medications, and treatment plans, while active RFID tags monitor vital signs such as heart rate, blood pressure, and body temperature. The system consists of RFID readers, sensors, and acentral server that processes and stores data. Healthcare professionals can access patient information using a mobile app or web portal, enabling timely interventions and personalized care. The system aims to improve patient outcomes, reduce medical errors, and enhance the overall quality of care. Experimental results demonstrate the system's accuracy, reliability, and potential to revolutionize healthcare services.
