In this project, the digital twin prototype is employed to create a virtual replica of a room or accommodation within the tourism industry. By utilizing ethnography mapping methods, the project captures real-world experiences and customer behaviors, translating them into a digital format. This approach allows for a seamless blend of physical and virtual experiences, offering potential tourists an immersive preview of their stay. The digital twin provides detailed visualization, while ethnography mapping ensures that the virtual experience reflects authentic customer interactions and needs, enhancing both the design process and the customer’s decision-making experience.
