Description of Invention
Augmented Reality (AR) is revolutionizing real estate marketing by integrating computer-generated elements into real-world images. Traditional methods, like physical property models, are costly and less practical. This study explores the challenges of implementing AR in marketing and proposes a User-Centered Design (UCD) framework to develop effective AR marketing tools. Through interviews, visual analyses, and prototype development, five key design criteria were identified: tracking and context identification, sound, one contact, kinesthetic, and sensory modalities. The resultant AR application prototype offers a sustainable, engaging, and cost-effective solution for real estate marketing.
