Description of Invention
E-wallets, a financial technology enabling mobile transactions, gained widespread use in 2019. Studies have identified factors influencing e-wallet adoption. In 2020, Vietnam ranked eighth in the Asia-Pacific with $8.6 billion in digital payment transactions. Da Nang City has recognized information technology as a key factor in its socioeconomic progress since 2010. This study examines e-wallet usage in Da Nang and aims to predict user intent using machine learning techniques. This study had found that males 21 years and younger that have used e-wallet for less than 6 months are the most likely to continue using e-wallets.
