Generation Z workers, born after 1995, have grown up in a digitally connected and rapidly changing world, and their work preferences and expectations differ significantly from previous generations. This study explores the impact of various HR practices on job satisfaction among Generation Z employees in Malaysia. Key factors include compensation and benefits, flexible work practices, rewards and recognition, digital innovation, and digital orientation. The findings provide insights into how modern HR practices can enhance job satisfaction, helping organizations attract and retain Gen Z employees while fostering greater commitment and performance in a rapidly digitizing workplace.
