Description of Invention
Laboratory asset management is essential for smooth operations in research and clinical labs, requiring accurate monitoring and maintenance of equipment and supplies. Traditional methods are manual and prone to errors, so this project proposes "LabManager," a mobile app for Android devices that simplifies asset management. Key features include real-time asset tracking, maintenance scheduling, inventory management, and automated notifications. A prototype was created using Figma to ensure a user-friendly design. The next phase will involve full development and testing to provide an efficient solution for laboratory management.
