Description of Invention

This study is an International research collaboration to compare knowledge hiding behaviour between males and females in Malaysia and United Kingdom during artificial intelligence driven business transformation. Three hundred questionnaires were distributed in central cities in Malaysia and United Kingdom respectively. Females are more likely to think that they are most seriously affected by artificial intelligence and more likely to hide knowledge compared to males.
