Description of Invention
This study is an International research collaboration to compare intellectual capital management between males and females in higher education institution in Malaysia and India. Three hundred questionnaires were distributed to higher learning institutions in central cities in Malaysia and India respectively. Females are more inclined to think that the higher education institution has poor intellectual capital management, lack of research partnership and industry engagement.
