Description of Invention

This project introduced a novel teaching and learning approach where FAC Bachelor of Communication students engaged directly with real-world industry challenges. Tasked with enhancing the National Consumer Complaints Centre (NCCC)’s communication strategy, students developed solutions such as an improved website interface, digital marketing materials, and various strategic communication tools, including CEO introduction videos and video press releases. This experiential learning exercise provided hands-on industry exposure and honed students’ skills in creating impactful communication strategies, bridging the gap between academia and industry while preparing students for future professional roles.
