"E-InvoEase" is an innovative e-invoicing software tailored for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia. The proposed solution addresses challenges faced by SMEs and elderly-operated businesses in adopting e-invoicing systems. Insights from secondary data analysis of employee technology readiness, adoption barriers, and the level of technology adoption among the elderly were utilized to design a user-centric solution. E-InvoEase offers features like automated invoice generation and submission, integration with cash registers, and a user-friendly interface for elderly users, aiming to enhance adoption rates and streamline e-invoicing for SMEs in Malaysia.
