Description of Invention
We propose a computational method for automatic identification and scoring of HER2/CEP17 biomarkers in SISH images. Our system shows high accuracy and concordance (0.91) with manual evaluations, reducing workload for pathologists. Automation speeds up HER2 quantification and ensures consistency in diagnosis. Future enhancements include automated tumor annotation and handling image artifacts.
