Description of Invention
This study highlights the critical role of big data analytics (BDA) in enhancing supply chain resilience (SCRes), especially in the manufacturing sector, amidst the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. The paper addresses the existing research gap by conducting a systematic literature review to evaluate the impact of BDA on supply chain resilience in the post-COVID-19 context.
