Description of Invention
This study investigates factors influencing older adults' intention to use self-service technology (SST) in restaurants, specifically in Petaling, Selangor. The research aims to understand low SST adoption rates among older adults by analyzing key variables, including perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived behavioral control, subjective norms, ICT knowledge, and attitude. The dependent variable is the intention to use SST. By identifying these factors, the study seeks to provide insights into enhancing SST adoption among older adults, ultimately addressing barriers and improving their dining experience in restaurants.
