The digital age is expected to significantly impact the workforce, with many tasks being replaced by technology. Industries will demand higher qualifications and skills, and workers may lose jobs if they don't adapt. For accounting students, having the right knowledge and skills is essential to thrive in the digital age. This study examines the preparedness of accounting students at private universities. The study assesses students' knowledge, skills, use of technology, and understanding of the digital age's benefits and challenges. Data was collected via questionnaires. The results show students are mostly well-prepared, especially in understanding the benefits and challenges, though they lack exposure to applying technology. The study recommends raising awareness, particularly regarding technology use in the digital age.
