Description of Invention
Chatbots are computer programs designed to communicate using natural language. The Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) oversees businesses and companies. Implementing a chatbot at SSM could bring benefits, especially during the pandemic. Current chatbots have limitations in responding to long queries and have significant response times. This project aims to create a chatbot that can handle extensive user queries effectively using a hybrid GRU-LSTM model. The model's performance will be evaluated using BLEU score and response time. The proposed model shows promising results, with a good balance between accuracy and response time.
