Description of Invention

The research of Customer Satisfaction on Mobile Broadband Services in Kedah State investigates the factors influencing customer satisfaction among mobile broadband users in Kedah, Malaysia. It identifies key elements such as service quality, perceived value, trust, and privacy risk, analyzing their impact on customer satisfaction. Utilizing a structured questionnaire and a sample of 245 respondents, the study employs Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) for data analysis. The findings highlight the significance of pricing, service attitude, and quality in enhancing customer satisfaction, providing valuable insights for mobile network operators and policymakers to improve service delivery and regulatory frameworks.
