Description of Invention

This research explores the relationship between UX design and its impact on promoting sustainable behaviour in the context of a crowd management mobile app. By integrating User-Centred Design (UCD) and Design for Sustainable Behaviour (DfSB) strategies, the study aims to optimise the app's usability, accessibility, and user satisfaction while encouraging sustainable crowd management practices. The research involves conducting user research to identify key needs and motivations, defining user requirements, and developing prototypes that align with DfSB principles. The findings contribute to understanding how thoughtful UX design can effectively drive sustainable behaviour change in urban environments.
