This research explores enhancing VR storytelling by integrating non-linear narratives, cinematic techniques, and interactive elements to improve user engagement and emotional resonance. Through a mixed-methods approach, including literature review, VR experiments, and in-depth interviews, we analyze how these techniques impact immersion and narrative comprehension. Our findings suggest a novel framework that combines these elements, providing a more engaging and emotionally impactful VR experience. This framework can be applied across various fields, from education to therapy, offering new possibilities for immersive storytelling.
