The mobile broadband speeds have undergone substantial advancements in recent decades, starting from the first-generation (1G) mobile broadbands in the 1980s to the current fifth-generation (5G) networks. These advancements have significantly improved data throughput, network reliability, and overall performance. However, despite these technological improvements, issues such as network reliability, coverage, and speed variability continue to affect user satisfaction. This study aims to analyze consumer satisfaction with mobile broadband speeds in Selangor, focusing on network reliability, perceived value, and the impact of technological advancements.
