Description of Invention
Traditional HR processes face inefficiency and inconsistency. This project proposes utilization of cutting-edge Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) technology in building AI Chat Bot to enhance the traditional process. Advanced RAG techniques such as Query-rewrite and RAG-Fusion are also implemented to improve the RAG process. A web application is implemented to facilitate the chatbot management, knowledge base updates, and monitoring.
