Issue of food waste at restaurants has become an essential issue. Despite attempts to increase sustainability and decrease waste, a significant proportion of food is still dismissed in restaurants unnecessarily. This problem statement aims to emphasize all aspects of this issue as well as the problems that must be addressed. Restaurants play an important part in the global food supply system, but they also contribute significantly to food waste. Food waste is possible across the whole food lifecycle, from sourcing ingredients to preparation, serving, and post-meal stages. This has an environmental impact as well as a financial impact on the restaurant sector.From this problem statement our solution is collecting leftover foods from buffet restaurant and the food will be converted to powdered food . The process through dehydration and grinding process , finally seasoning will put inside in the packaging .By our solution it will give a impact to enviroment from reducing the amount of organic waste that ends up in landfills.
