Description of Invention

In the digital era, the gig economy has become a recent key theme independent review of modern employment practices. There are variety of jobs in Malaysia gig economy and the number of gig workers keeps increasing. Gig workers nowadays are facing many challenges and having health problem especially those who are in B40 group. However, there are only few researches on psychological wellbeing among b40 gig workers in Malaysia. Psychological capital may help gig workers to reduce stress and enhance well-being. Hence, this research seeks to examine the impact of psychological capital on the psychological well-being of B40 gig workers.
