This research introduces a pioneering method for polyethylene foam production. By blending 92% recycled LDPE and 8% LLDPE, post-industrial waste is transformed into foam that meets OEM standards. This eco-friendly innovation enhances mechanical properties, durability, and thermal insulation, aligning with Sustainable Development Goals 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), 13 (Climate Action), 14 (Life Below Water), and 15 (Life on Land). The resultant foam highlights plastic recycling for top-quality applications, promoting environmental stewardship and circular economy objectives.
