Description of Invention

In advanced manufacturing, our cutting-edge solution uses edge AI for anomaly detection, identifying defects and safety hazards swiftly. Our system predicts maintenance needs via a digital twin approach, ensuring uninterrupted plant operations. Unlike traditional cloud-based analytics, our sensors and imaging devices utilize TinyML, reducing security risks through fog computing, which creates a localized digital twin. A Large Language Model (LLM) chatbot, central to our system, provides real-time alerts and understands plant operations and safety norms. Our technology includes MM wave sensors embedded with TinyML, aerial drones, and robotic canines for monitoring. Together, they reduce operational disruptions by 60%, with a dedicated mobile app offering a complete overview.
