Peer mediation is voluntary process in which a student trained as a neutral third party helps other students in conflict get clear about their concerns, better understand one another, and come to a mutual agreement about how they want to handle their issues. This is qualitative study that involves a of library study. Various primary secondary data sources namely cases, statutes, articles and journals from online database have been studied and analysed. Role play among the selected students and interview with them in order to obtain the feedback the effectiveness of this peer mediation among the students. A set of mechanism of peer mediation has been applied in peer mediation process. To achieve this objective, the researchers have prepared a manual for resolving conflict with a peer mediation program in education institutions with the following concept and strategy which covers three aspects, i.e. Cognitive, Affective and Psychomotor.
