In recent years, e-learning systems known as online classes have already gradually become common, especially during Covid-19. Online learning platforms have been developed to give students autonomy, improve learning process management, facilitate collaboration, and promote exchanges between lecturers and students. This paper mainly presents and discusses students' experiences and feedback on the use of available educational online tools and platforms in learning during the pandemic. A questionnaire was used to collect data from undergraduates. The laptop computer is the favorable device and Google Meet is the favorable platform used in e-learning. Problems faced by students were obtained too. The paper made recommendations to learning institutions, educators, policymakers, and web designers.
