Description of Invention
In contemporary Islamic perspectives, managing knowledge for the betterment and positive youth development appears uncharted territory. Young people lack personal knowledge management (PKM) and are rarely attended to or treated in a person-centered approach when encountering problems. As a result, youth are exposed to various social issues, leading to school learning loss. Youth involved in gangsterism, juvenile delinquency, mental and physical disabilities, and drug, alcohol, and other substance abuse, for example, can hurt a community or individuals within a society, leading to mental health problems. Developing Personal Knowledge Management in an Islamic way to build good character provides an alternative model for at-risk youth. Through his Sufism model, Al-Ghazali appears to offer a sound and innovative approach to dealing with social issues by understanding the core concept of knowledge and ways to manage this nature of knowledge via a person-centered approach. The Sufism model is extended to explain the role of 'aql in developing a personal knowledge management model. Islamic PKM offers an online learning platform that utilizes artificial intelligence technology. The platform creates product-based modules for at-risk youth, youth development officers, and learners. The Youth Development Officer's module uncovers the product's human capital and enterprise-building aspects and provides users with automated planning advice regarding a person-centered approach. The Learner Modules focus on the Al-Ghazali Sufism aspects of knowledge discovery, creation, and application. The implication emphasizes the importance of a supportive policy framework in promoting the Islamic model to the Ministry of Youth and Sport, the Ministry of Education, and policymakers. The model adds value to the educational objectives of the Madani Framework and its vision of ihsan values, as well as SDG4 on quality education. The output co-creates the person-centered Sufism approach derived from the Al-Quran and Al-Sunnah, which applies to the Malaysian Education Policy for human capital development. As a result, the PKM model explains the person-centered approach to managing knowledge spiritually and responsibly, with the fully functioning person as the core condition. Addressing the Islamic PKM model, this method responds to SDG 4 on quality education, SDG 9, 10, 12, and 16, while in line with the Shared Prosperity Vision 2030 set in KEGA 3. .
