Description of Invention

This study investigates the factors affecting patient satisfaction during dental visits, using a quantitative approach. It focuses on dentists' concerns, diagnostic treatment, healthscape, trustworthiness, and waiting time as independent variables and patients' satisfaction as the dependent variable. The study collected 391 responses from dental patients in Malaysia, aiming to inform future research, dental service providers, and the government on how dental service quality affects patient satisfaction and reduces oral cancer incidence.
