Description of Invention

This project helps develop a Learning Module for Non-Formal Lifelong Learning with the aim to upskills microentrepreneurs that are part of the Food and Beverage (F&B) businesses in the context of the state of Malacca in Malaysia. Building on the Kolb's Experiential Learning Cycle, Adult Learning Theory, Ausubel's Assimilation Theory as well as feedback collection through Scriven's Formative Assessment and Kirkpatrick Four Level Training Evaluation Model the project develop a Non-Formal Lifelong Learning module through the microentrepreneur's previous knowledge and new knowledge transfer in learning of Cost Accounting and Innovation as avenues for learning to become a novel contribution to this field of adult education as well as being a qualitative source of knowledge for understanding F&B Microentrepreneur Learning Proces, Reception and Method.
