Description of Invention
It is challenging to back from online classes to physical classes. Flexibility from online classes has created a huge challenge for students to adapt to the structured learning environment of physical classes. Communication became a huge issue for them. Some are over-introverted and shy to communicate with team members. The proposed solution is creating a teaching & learning sandbox. By building a sandbox students will be able to try out new skills. Students will feel empowered as they realise that they are in control of their own learning. When they are put in "sandbox" they will be able to "play" with each other, and this is when the engagement starts.
