Description of Invention

This paper reports on a research that investigated the student-content learning experience in a virtual environment using Microsoft Teams. The research used a questionnaire based on Moore's (1989) framework of online interaction, which consists of learner-instructor, learner-content, and learner-learner interaction. The results showed that the students had a high level of perceived usefulness of content delivered using Microsoft Teams, especially the uploaded online materials and the lecturer's shared screen.
