Pollution is the issue raised by the problem statement. Consumers will continue to buy more and more new garments in an effort to keep up with fashion and trends, but they forget that disposing of their old clothing may cause secondary environmental damage. Despite the severity of the issue, the general people are still ignorant of the severe environmental contamination they are inflicting.
