Description of Invention

Post-COVID-19, hiring a full-time housekeeper has become challenging due to perceived health and financial risks. As borders reopen, the demand for hospitality manpower rises while supply declines, leading to increased labour costs. There's a growing trend among Malaysian hotels to engage third-party cleaner to perform housekeeping. Therefore, they need an integrated solution to manage the housekeepers in a centralised manner. In addition, this solution is able to track housekeepers' performance and progress based on room cleaned to implement performance-based payment. This solution showcases a hotel housekeeping management system that enables efficient task distribution, work performance tracking, and accountability management.
