Description of Invention
Medical history is an important tool for healthcare providers to evaluate patients, and make informed decisions about diagnosis, treatment, and prevention. In this project, a medical history record application was developed with the main purpose of allowing users to store medical records information in one device. The application created will be free for users. The findings of this study highlights the importance of mobile applications in improving patient outcomes and providing easy access to medical information. Thus, there is a need for a mobile application that stores patients' medical records using a simple user interface and provides health tips.
