Description of Invention
Human heart rate is a crucial metric of human physiological condition as well as a significant measure of the circulatory system of an individual. In the past, measuring heart rate has relied on skin-contact equipment and other skin-sensitive electrical or optical sensors. Only a few non-intrusive facial recognition methods exist that can detect heart rate. Hence, heart rate measurement using face recognition techniques has been proposed. The framework's architecture contains both software and hardware integration, with the developed system and integrated sensor, the heart rate can be obtained in real time and validated.
