Description of Invention
The IoT generates massive data through interconnected devices, prompting the use of cloud-based analytics tools. However, IoT device limitations like latency, bandwidth, security, and battery life necessitate middleware devices with greater computing power for local data processing. Fog computing, a decentralized approach, moves computing resources closer to the network's edge, facilitating fast and secure data sharing without latency. This benefits applications with low latency requirements, including financial services, gaming, healthcare, and retail, and relies on containerization-based microservices for support.
