Description of Invention
While the commercialization agenda is being pursued, the Department of Prisons Malaysia (DPM) commercial industry units demonstrate potential entrepreneurial leadership in creating an entrepreneurial culture. However, whether or not there will be observable commercialization outcomes remains an open question. This project seeks to identify commercialization revenue generation activity readiness levels and the impediments among commercial industry units at DPM. Imam Al-Ghazali offers a sound and innovative approach to dealing with humanity and socio-economic development by understanding the core concept of knowledge of a person-centered approach in building an enterprise-building success. The knowledge of enterprise solutions will be made available by providing expert systems for educational, regulatory, data analytics, and decision-support for knowledge in education and enterprise applications. The output is two-fold: (1) co-creates the person-centered Sufism approach derived from the Al-Quran and Al-Sunnah, which benefits the Community of Rehabilitation Program (PDK) for ex-offenders human capital development, and (2) the establishment of the proposed Prison Incorporated business model using integrated blockchain. A distinct, centralized, and sustainable Prison Incorporated entity propels the significance to assist not only this vulnerable society of ex-offenders to become entrepreneurs but also to shape the capacity of DPM as an enterprise. This shed new light on the prison enterprise agenda and benefits to society and entrepreneurial leadership. Addressing entrepreneurialism values, this method responds to SDG 8 on decent work opportunity and economic development, SDG 9, 10, 12, and 16 while in line with the Shared Prosperity Vision 2030 set in KEGA 3.
