Traditional teaching methods often fail to engage students effectively, leading to a lack of motivation and understanding. This game offers a creative and interactive approach to reinforce key mathematical concepts such as algebra, sequences, and matrices. It incorporates engaging elements, including tiles, dice, and question cards, to encourage active learning. Supported by research on the educational benefits of board games, Pi Rates! aims to improve students’ problem-solving skills, conceptual understanding, and confidence in mathematics. Feedback from early use suggests that the game creates a fun and meaningful learning experience, making it a valuable tool to support academic achievement and reduce anxiety related to mathematics.
