It offers centralized access to attendance updates, academic progress, messaging within office hours, a cashless e-Kantin system, and a school calendar, making important school information easily accessible. This study aims to assess MySekolah’s impact on improving communication efficiency, data accessibility, and user satisfaction. By replacing traditional communication methods, MySekolah fosters structured, professional interaction between parents, teachers, and schools, contributing to quality education and digital inclusivity, aligned with the United Nations SDGs 2030.
