Workplace stress is a growing global concern that affects employee performance, morale, job satisfaction, and well-being. This study examines workplace stress among private-sector employees in the Klang Valley, focusing on perceived organizational support, role ambiguity, workload, and work-family conflict. A survey of 200 employees across various organizations revealed that all four factors significantly contribute to job stress. By integrating literature review and methodological considerations, the study highlights the urgent need for organizations to implement proactive strategies to manage stress. Addressing these issues is vital to fostering a healthier, more resilient, and productive workforce.
