Description of Invention

Smart glass technology is the future energy-saving building technology that can save tremendous energy consumption and yet improve the aesthetic features for modern commercial and residential building premises. Electrochromic (EC) smart glass dynamically adjusts its transparency in response to an applied voltage, offering energy savings by regulating heat and glare. Traditional EC systems rely on manual or pre-programmed controls, limiting adaptability to real-time environmental changes. This study integrates an AI-driven predictive model with a WO₃-based EC glass prototype, utilizing LSTM with an attention mechanism to optimize tint adjustments based on environmental conditions. An IoT-based automation system enables real-time control, enhancing response time, optical efficiency, and energy savings. Experimental validation confirms the model's accuracy in predicting optimal tint levels, ensuring efficient energy management. The proposed AI-integrated EC glass demonstrates significant improvements in adaptability and sustainability, making it a promising solution for smart building applications.
