Description of Invention

Malaysians spend up to 2 hours daily on food prep, with fruit peeling being a time-consuming and injury-prone task. In 2022 alone, over 6,000 kitchen-related injuries were reported, many involving manual knife use. Amid rising labour costs and shortages in the F&B sector, the Eco-PEEL offers a safer, faster, and more efficient alternative. Designed to automate fruit peeling for papayas, apples, mangos and more, this innovation reduces prep time, minimizes injury risk, and supports productivity in both homes and commercial kitchens—addressing modern needs with smart, sustainable automation.
