Little Boss is a play-based entrepreneurship program designed to nurture creative thinking, problem-solving, and leadership in children. By introducing entrepreneurial concepts early, it builds confidence, resilience, and a mindset geared toward innovation and impact. Aligned with Malaysia’s National Entrepreneurship Policy 2030 and the New Development Model, Little Boss also empowers recent graduates by equipping them with in-demand skills and guiding them to develop a Minimum Viable Idea (MVI). This dual approach prepares both young learners and aspiring entrepreneurs to thrive in a dynamic future, fostering a generation ready to lead, create, and contribute meaningfully to society.
