Description of Invention
This project outlined a Knowledge Transfer Program (KTP) that targeted enhancing digital skills among students at SMK Methodist Nibong Tebal, Pulau Pinang, a school where 90% of the 504 students were from low-income backgrounds. One of the key challenges that school students face is a lack of funding to support the development of their digital skills. This is a critical issue, as digital skills are increasingly important in many aspects of life and work, and can be a major factor in determining a student's future opportunities. The main aim of this KTP is to provide students with insights into the growing influence of Artificial Intelligence technology in various aspects of our lives. Overall the expected outcome from the KTP is that the impact of artificial intelligence on society empowers students to become informed and responsible digital citizens, capable of engaging critically with technology and its implications for the world around them.
