Quiet Quitting (QQ) is a global phenomenon where employees disengage mentally, performing only minimum duties without resigning. Popularized via social media and linked to movements like China’s "tang ping", QQ reflects Gen Z’s prioritization of worklife balance and mental wellbeing over traditional hustle culture. By 2050, Gen Z employees will outnumber millennials, making it crucial to address quiet quitting trends. This study Investigate factors that influence QQ intentions among Gen Z.In conclusion, HR policies need to be restructured to align with the preferences of Generation Z to reduce their quiet quitting intentions.
