This paper explores the Deal or No Deal showcase event, an interactive learning initiative where 32 T2430 students created short videos simulating professional negotiation scenarios. Assessed by two panels based on communication, creativity, organization, and content coverage, the students demonstrated improved performance compared to the previous trimester. With grades ranging from 70% to 87%, 26 students achieved A grades. The analysis highlights the effectiveness of experiential learning in enhancing student engagement, practical skills, and academic outcomes.
