Description of Invention

This study investigates the intention to use smart parking solutions in urban areas of Malaysia, addressing challenges in the digital transformation of parking management. Although the benefits of adopting mobile applications are substantial, adoption rates among consumers in urban areas of Malaysia remain relatively low. Therefore, this study employs a theoretical framework to explore the factors that determine the intention to use smart parking applications. A better understanding of the factors influencing consumers' intention to use these applications in urban areas will benefit application developers, local councils, and future researchers.
